Manufacturing industry
Blok’s Draadvorm manufactures for many companies and suppliers in the furniture industry, the plastics processing industry, public space design, appliances and machinery manufacturing, filtration technology, ventilation technology, window decoration, automotive, the food industry, the medical industry and the metal industry. We supply all sorts of industrial wire products to these sectors like crate brackets, fan guards for ventilation systems, filter baskets and technical springs.
Medical industry
Wire products are essential components to most systems and machines. Blok’s Draadvorm manufactures different standard and custim formed and welded products for the medical industry. Products include Petridish holders, instrument baskets including those for sterilization autoclaves, microwell plate holders, crate brackets etc. Most of these products are made from stainless steel wire and have an improved surface finish through the use of electrochemical polishing.
Food industry
A large part of the products that we manufacture for the food industry are made of stainless steel . For the manufacturers of, for example, bakery equipment, we manufacture stainless steel cooking grids in any measurement required. For products that require assembly we use plasma welding which is ideally suited for the manufacturing of products such as poultry shackles, rotisserie spits and rotisserie accessories. The welds show no holes or imperfections so that bacteria cannot settle.

Horti- and agricultural industry
Horti- and agricultural industry Wire products are crucial for the horti-/agriculture sector. Blok’s Draadvorm develops and manufacture technical wire products to support the crop, brackets for installation of cultivation gutters and lighting fixtures, and the installation of screening systems. As an example we have developed a clip for adhesive foil strips ‘yellow sticky tape’ which is rated as best functioning horticulture foil clip due to its patented technology for height adjustments.
Lighting
Are you familiar with the Lotek floor lamp? Blok’s Draadvorm has been manufacturing metal parts for this well-known design classic in Dutch lighting for many years. Other products we manufacture include lighting fixtures and parts for lighting installations, outside lighting, LED lighting and lighting for the consumer market.
